Daines Kapp News

We recently took all of our team to celebrate in Guernsey.

Daines Kapp celebrate its 30th anniversary with a 3 day cruise!

November 2019

Since our formation in 1989, we have been creating long-term partnerships with clients and insurers alike and we are delighted to have recently celebrated our 30th anniversary! To ensure that we could sustainably protect our clients’ best interests at all times, we built a team of skilled and highly motivated individuals who are entirely reflective of our culture, our values and our approach to client services.

The many successes we have achieved for our clients over the past 3 decades wouldn’t have been possible without our committed, passionate and highly skilled team. To show our gratitude and to celebrate the fantastic achievements over the last 30 years, we took all of our team and their partners on a 3 day cruise to Guernsey!

Our cruise began on the Friday, and we sailed off in the glorious sunshine before reaching Guernsey on the Saturday. Our days were filled with activities to suit everyone’s taste and we met up as a team every evening to enjoy delicious meals that were topped off with a few drinks and lots of dancing!

The trip was a huge success and we had an amazing time over the 3 days with lots of fun and celebrations. Kevin individually thanked each member of our team for playing their part over Daines Kapp’s 30 years in business. Within our vastly experienced team, many of us have been with Daines Kapp for a long time - Christine has been with us for 26 years, Lynne has been in our team for 20 years and Alan joined 16 years ago. The newest member of our team has been with us for 5 years, which is a testament to how close-knit our team is.

It is so important to give our team the space and time to socialise together and we were delighted to be able to thank and celebrate everyone with this fun-filled cruise.

Reaching our 30th anniversary would not have been possible without the consistent hard work of everyone within our team - thank you all again, and here’s to the next 30 years!
