I was very pleased with the service from Daines Kapp. Donna was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always patient, knowledgeable and responsive with all my queries. She made the whole experience straightforward and reassuring, particularly as I had very little knowledge of this area. A really positive experience overall.

DAINES KAPP are by far the best insurance brokers I have ever dealt with (and I have had some bad experiences with the insurance industry, as many have). It was refreshing to work with George and Obed especially. They listened to the requirements, worked hard to iron out any policy wording issues with the insurance company and were very easy to communicate with (no waiting on phone calls). Their fees are very reasonable and they get the job done quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
